Chef Nathanial Zimet is known for his passion for southern food and his dedication to fresh ingredients presented in ways that mix tradition with exciting techniques and plating. Boucherie is experienced in providing lunches for area schools, and are thrilled to once again offer this service for PK4 through 8th grade St. Andrew’s families, as well as faculty and staff. BOUCHERIE LUNCH MENU Taco Tuesday, Chicken Teriyaki, Vegetable Lasagna and more– YUM! Each meal is served with fresh fruit and a side salad. Milk will be available for purchase individually each day.
The safety of St. Andrew’s students and staff, as well as Boucherie staff, is very important. This year students will remain in their classrooms for lunch unless the weather allows them to eat outside in designated areas. Temperature checks for Boucherie Staff will be conducted everyday, as well as when arriving at the St. Andrew’s campus. We are prepared to adapt our procedures and policies as needed to ensure the safety of everyone.
ORDERING SCHOOL LUNCH
A google form will be sent each week and must be returned by Friday at 3:00PM for the following week. Parents have the option of choosing only school lunch, only milk or both.
In order to accommodate the COVID-19 safety procedures, we will not be able to provide extra lunches for students who did not sign up on the Google Form ahead of time.
ALLERGIES & DIETARY NEEDS
All meals will be nut-free. Lunches that are gluten-free and/or dairy-free will be marked accordingly on our school menus. If your child has any allergies please contact us directly at email@example.com to discuss options.
