We had our first Bare Book reader since 2019! Every year students in Lower School (Grades1-4) become published authors through our Bare Books activity. Bare Books give students a creative canvas to write a story and illustrate from cover to cover. The student reads the story to his/her class and then chooses another class to read to. Jordan, a 3rd grader at St. Andrew’s read to the 8th grade class. After reading her book she’ll get a sticker placed inside the front cover and the book is placed in the library for all students to read. Bare Books is a beloved tradition and our students have a special keepsake to keep forever.
